air vacuum blower

Type V... vacuum blowers that operate by the rotary valve principle.
With an eccentric rotor rotating in the cylinder, the centrifugal force
of the rotary valve movement presses the valves floating in slots
against the cylinder wall. The sickle-shaped space between the cylinder
and the rotor is divided into chambers by valves. When the chambers
come to the vacuum channel, the air is sucked, compressed and ejected
into the oil mist receiver. The continuous injection of oil into the compression
chambers is effected by differential pressure. Once oil and air are
ejected into the oil mist receiver, they are separated from the exhaust air
by force of gravity and air de-oiling element. Afterwards oil is collected
at the bottom receiver and then re-injected into the compression chamber.
