The Dymatrix? Pinch Valve's design provides superior durability and eliminates cohesion and particle generation in CMP slurry applications. The proprietary tube design provides complete seal and full shape restoration. The Dymatrix? philosophy is CMP valves shouldn't be consumables.

Dymatrix? Pinch Valves are available in pneumatic (PV3) and manual (PVM) versions. The PVEL is an electrically controlled Pinch Valve, which utilizes a flow meter and controller for POU flow control and backpressure applications. The PVSL is a pneumatically actuated pinch valve with manual orifice adjustment.
