The chemical-transfer hose is made of smooth, black UHMW-PE inner layer, combination of polyester braid, 1 spiralized steel-wire and 2 Cu woven stranded wires material insert, smooth, black, textured liner EPDM material outer layer, antistatic interior and exterior electrical characteristics of R < 10^6 Ohm. The EN 12115 compliance hose comes in 40 m roll length and marking is as per EN 12115 (ohm) + name, blue/white. The hose operates at -35 to +100 depending on chemical type and concentrations ?C, 16 bar operating pressure, 50 bar bursting pressure and 90 % stability. The chemical resistance hose is suitable for most of the industrial acids, alkaline solutions and solvents
