PET bottle recycling unit

RecoSTAR direct aims at recycling medium and large quantities of heavy regrind materials greater than 300 g/l including PE, PP, PS, PA and PC. The material can be transferred straight into the extruder using a screw conveyor and with no pre-cuts and flattening. It eliminates extra and under loading of the extruder motor by regulating material feed along with strong foreign components that are segregated using constant melt filter with or without back-flushing system.

This series consist of a water ring, strand or underwater pelletising system as per the size and type of the materials used.The highlight of this product is that it does not require heating or other related treatments of the material ahead of extrusion. Additionally, it has a user-friendly touch screen display for a convenient starting and stopping process.
