Hunter Spring static grounding/bonding reels are useful during transfer of combustible substances between carriers. They are ideal for applications with the risk of spark and subsequent explosion due to static electricity discharge. Example applications include airports, bulk stations, terminals, refineries, food processing and pharma.

SPIR'ATOR? prestressed spiral springs are used for every automatic extension and retraction. The cable can be locked at any required length due to the pawl and ratchet mechanism. The reel is unlocked by a simple tug on the cable, resulting in a smooth and even retraction. The cable end is easily accessible with a ball stop on the cable assembly. The reels can be provided in any configuration for meeting all types of needs with a range of sizes, colors, cable lengths and terminations available.
