Specifically designed for earth observation, the InGaAs detector Xlin-1.7-3000 is designed to be high performance with low noise and high line rate. It has a smaller particle detection and accurate inspection with a 25 pm pitch allowed. Specifically designed for earth for earth observation, this detector forms a continuous line of 2900 pixels based on mechanical butting of the three InGaAs photodiode arrays. Each has 1024 pixels and a 25 pm pixel pitch. The sensors come in an open package that is optional or a sealed package with an anti-reflective coated window. It operates at very low levels due to the quantum efficiency and low levels of illumination. Autozero features are included that enable low Dark signals and Non-Uniformity and a correlated double sampling integrated circuit read-out.
