Spinstar Technology has just released the "Contactless" Slip Ring used for the Pitch Control System. Customers usually complain about the instability of transmission due to the friction between the rings and brushes. In order to supply more stable and more wear-resistant slip ring, our research team took years to realise the idea of "contactless transmission".
The debut of our contactless slip ring took place in the 2016 China wind power exhibition, which aroused grate interests among the exhibitors. By applying our product, the pitch control system shall operate with more stability and less maintenance, which will lead to much less "stop time" .
Real-image monitoring system ,vibration detective system and thermostat system are incorporated in the modular component. So without in-field inspection, just a few clicks will send you the needed info. We are able to customize by provided specification so that our contactless technique could be applied to a wide rage of pitch control systems.
