PHOTONIS single sideband communication power tubes are high gain UHF designs modified to optimize linearity in SSB service that gives efficient linear performance with broadband neutralization. Two-tone characterization yields 3rd order products as low as -46dB and 5th orders as low as -64dB with good separation at all drive levels.
