CF0505XT-1WR2 is specifically designed for automotive applications with ultra wide operating temperature range of -50?-+125?, meeting the highest temperature of automotive standard. Different from automotive IC launched by semiconductor companies such as Maxim , CF is a plug and play completed power supply, with this product, the engineers can avoid their troubles in power supply design and no need for complex circuit design.
With 3.5KVDC isolation voltage and 8KVDC antistatic protection voltage, CF can easily meet the high isolation and static level requirements of complex automobile electronic environment. Due to its unique short circuit protection technology, CF can cut off the output voltage in time to protect the device when the load short out for a long time.
Because of ultra high temperature resistance performance, CF can be used in vehicle communication system, engine control system, ignition system, motor voltage monitoring, electronic accelerator pedal, automobile tire pressure detection system, doors and tail lights controller, air conditioning control and battery management system (BMS), and so on.
