The Endevco model 3027A cable assembly is specially designed with a four conductor shielded cable to ensure full operation with low impedance accelerometers. The cable operates on solderless crimp style conductor over pin method. The cable is built by crimping the shield and soldering it to the connector case. The outer jacket of the cable is built of grey silicone with an internal Teflon? insulation. The accelerometer end includes a four pin receptacle and the other end includes tinned leads. 3027A is specially designed to be used in conjunction with model 63A and 2258AM2 accelerometers. The cable assembly features temperature rating of -148?F to +257?F.
