The CSF represents the range of combined devices, which are used for discharging induced transient over-voltages of Type 2/Class II. They are also used to the protection of sensitive equipment of Type 3/Class III in compliance with the IEC 61643-1.

The device is ideal for use in limited spaces. The maximum discharge current is 20 kA, with an 8/20 ?s waveform, and it has a voltage pulse of 6kV with 1.2/50 ?s waveform. The device occupies a single module and works in single phase 230 V networks. There is a provision for remote and visual indication of the life status of the protection device.
