3M? ACF 7303 is an epoxy and acrylate blended adhesive and includes 43 micron glass beads with silver coating. At room temperature, it is mildly sticky. It cures at moderate bonding temperature and pressure. It is also cures at thermo-set low temperature as well as with heat.

It provides excellent thermal stability. It is reworkable. It requires frozen storage conditions.
