TMC Mag-NetX? magnetic field cancellation is an advanced system to provide active compensation of fluctuations in magnetic field. Applications include electron beam lithography systems, scanning and transmission electron microscopes, and ion beam instruments. In addition, it is suitable for all devices incorporating a charge beam.

Mag-NetX is suitable for both point-of-use as well as OEM applications. It has been designed using TMC's superior control systems engineering and technology for active sensing and cancelling of building floor vibrations.

The combination of Mag-NetX and TMC's sophisticated vibration isolation systems can achieve best-in-class controlling of vibration and magnetic fields.
