The TECHNE Tecal 425S and Tecal 425H are calibrators with large aluminium heater blocks for rapid heating and cooling rates. They provide high accuracy, uniformity and stability up to 425?C. These units can be optionally equipped with wide a range of inserts and custom options, techneworks software and cable, hard carry case and UKAS calibration certificate.

The unit measures about 285 x 190 x 426 mm (L x W x H) and weighs 9.2kg. The unit supports a temperature range of 20?C above ambient to 425?C, temperature uniformity of ?0.2?C and temperature stability of ?0.05?C ( after 10 mins). The display resolution is 0.1?C or 0.1 ?F with an accuracy of ?0.3?C.

Other features include ramp rate of 0.1 to 10?C per min, automatic cooling fan, carry case, RS232 type PC interface etc. These units come in 2 variants: S Version that facilitates setting up of required temperature and calibration. H Version that facilitates setting of required temperature and Calibration along with programmable feasibility for switch test and ramp rate etc.
