The SIKA direct limit switches of the M series feature magnetic contacts and can be used in combination with dial thermometers and pressure gauges. They are highly vibration-resistant, offering usability for different applications. They offer high capacity, high contact load, reliability and durability, more than conventional standard contacts. They contain a permanent magnet mounted on the carrier arm of the reference value pointer, with the locking varnish applied to the permanent magnet, directly increasing the pressure, while still offering protection from burning as a result of electric arcs. The magnet delays contact separation and accelerates contact making. The characteristic can be from 2 to 5% of the measuring range, depending on the directional measuring element force, and set magnetic force.
