2-axis inclinometer / voltage output / capacitive / miniature

The Meggitt (Sensorex) inclinometers SX4611X/ SX4612X have been incorporated with a silicium capacitive cell. This cell acts a power supply regulator. This helps the sensor in accepting a non regulated 9V-to-36V excitation voltage. The cell also amplifies the output signal of the silicon cell and adjusts the gain and zero. Its other function is to filter output signal. This reduces the sensor?s sensitivity to external vibrations situated above a 10Hz frequency. The cell also provides protection against electromagnetic disturbances (CE).
The sine of the angle determines the level of output signals. The sensor is available in single and dual axis. It comes in a solid case and can be easily integrated with any mechanical system. The sensor may be used in various applications including Plateform leveling, Road and rail construction, Safety shutoff of crane and dumpers and structure monitoring.
