The rain gauge tipping bucket provides inexpensive and accurate rainfall measurement.

Precipitation is collected in a funnel and measured by the calibrated tipping bucket. For each 0.254mm (.01") of precipitation, the bucket tips, empties, and activates an output switch.

The rain gauge tipping bucket mounts via three mounting legs with 6.3mm (.025") diameter holes on a 241mm (9.5") diameter circle. This kit includes 7m (24') of cable.
