The ifm electronic O5 series offers class 1 laser protection and provides a very cost effective solution for applications such as installation, handling technologies and factory automation. It is able to provide an accurate detection of even the smallest objects of 1.5 mm in diameter and can be aligned simply and easily due to a visible laser light spot. This series is designed to cover powerful through-beam system, a retro-reflective sensor with polarisation filter and a diffuse reflection sensor with background suppression. It is available with a wide range of options for installation, alignment and fixing.
