Based upon X-Visual technology platform (created by Lilliput (OWON)), OWON XDS n-in-1 on-site measurement station has been invented to answer for the requirement.

Along with its performance in 3 aspects - low background noise, 40M record length, and 75,000 wfms/s waveform refresh rate, XDS series prouduct integrates data logger, multimeter, waveform generator, DSO, and more into 1 device, through its WiFi module to co-share the measurement data.
