The Model 4017A series of 10 MHz Sweep Function Generators from BK PRECISION can work with frequencies from 0.1 Hertz to 10 Megahertz. It can produce sine, square, triangle, pulse, and ramp outputs. It is also capable of coarse and fine tuning. It employs a 5-digit LED screen, and is capable of linear and log sweeping. Moreover, it is cUL certified.
