BERNSTEIN produces a wide array of ultrasonic sensors that operate in temperature ranges of -15?C to +70?C. The models are the M12x1, the Mi8x1, and the M30x1,5. The 2 switching points and the characteristic curve of the analogue sensors are programmable. Also, it is NO or NC contact version programmable. Fully encased in a housing of IP65 protection class, these sensors are highly accurate.
