Small, compact and high-performance
The photoelectric sensors from the BOS 5K product family now also come with a mini-laser sensor used as a diffuse sensor with background suppression, a retroreflective light sensor and a through-beam sensor.
The mini laser is used in situations where a cost-effective, powerful sensor is needed. The class 1 laser does not require additional protective measures and the compact housing is ideal for cramped installation spaces.
Large sensing distance with high function reserve
Its fine laser beam is clearly visible, easy to set up and makes long distance sensing possible with a higher function reserve.
Main field of application: Detecting small parts in fast processes
Ideally suited for the packaging industry, warehouse and conveyor technology and mechanical engineering, it is perfect for precise scanning, such as detecting small parts. A high switching frequency makes the sensor perfect for high-speed processes in industrial automation.
Easy handling
It can be adapted to applications quickly. A single rotary switch is sufficient for the NO/NC contact changeover. And its sensitivity is just as easy to configure via a 6-turn or 270? potentiometer depending on the sensor type.
