The new PONSSE Ergo 8w of New Model Series is an ergonomic and powerful harvester for demanding harvesting conditions and steep slopes. The frames, cabin, working hydraulics and transmission of the new Ergo have been fully upgraded. Furthermore, the crane range has been developed further to guarantee extreme performance and reliability.

New features of the Ergo include a more functional and maintenance-friendly structure, offering increased rigidity and quicker and easier refuelling and maintenance. The excellent performance and fuel economy of the EU Stage IV engine, together with double-circuit hydraulics and faster transmission, improve the productivity of the powerhouse even further. What is more, the upgraded transmission offers an excellent feel of the terrain and control of the machine ? particularly in rough terrain and on steep slopes. The Ergo crane can be chosen from the PONSSE C44+ parallel crane or the PONSSE C5 sliding boom model. The tilt angle of the crane base is ?20? as standard, resulting in smooth working and making the crane power available even on the steepest slopes. The powerful and accurate two engine slewing is a standard feature in both crane options.
