dark field lighting / laser

Dark Field Illuminators are used to provide low angle lighting to target areas. This machine vision light is used to increase the contrast of surface features. It is designed for applications such as reading laser etched symbologies, a BGA ball placement and also geometric contours studying. It highlights laser embossing, engraved marks and surface defects.

These Dark Field Illuminators come in single tier and three tier variation. Single tier LEDs are mounted at 70? or 90? to the optical axis for DF 50 models and DF 100, DF 150-1 models respectively. Second variant comes with three tiers of LEDs mounted at 75? to the optical axis for DF 150-3 models. It is available in 5 different sizes and 2 colors.
