The Air Process Heaters designed specifically for heavy duty construction applications, requiring vacuum and pressure environments being suitable for moderate volume and high temperatures. The device is equipped with a 1" NPT female outlet, 4" Octagonal-Nema 1 connection box and a 1/2" NPT female air inlet. The high temperature, moderate volume air heater is an ideal option for applications that require continuous high temperature operations at nearly 1200?F that is 650?C and at the same time rendering a superior flow rate of upto or even greater than 50 CFM.
The functionality of the heaters are excelled by its premium design features that include a nickel chromium heating element that is housed inside a high quality ceramic core, a stainless steel outer sheath that is equipped with an heliarc welded end fittings and high quality ceramic-to-metal terminals meant specifically to facilitate operations involving heavy loads and high pressures. Further the Air Process Heaters with a unique resistance coil are planned with a pressure rating at room temperature required to be 100 psig which can be even extended higher on special request.
